Ready-to-install, with the SmartPump™ application pre-loaded.
The MAK Pump Station kit ships with the SmartPump™ application pre-installed, ready to control up to 32 local and/or remote pumps or wells. Pumps and wells can be grouped together and started/stopped in groups to maintain a target flow rate or pressure. Lead/lag and pump/group rotation logic is included, and each pump has individual local and remote Auto / Hand / Off control.
Master pump stations can run on tower level (start/stop setpoints) or discharge pressure (PID with target setpoint or start/stop). The standard kit includes 100 psi and 200 psi pressure sensors for suction and discharge, and a pulse-input flow meter. Automatic failover from Tower Level mode to Pressure mode protects continuity of service if communication to the tower is lost.

Runs on SmartController
Controls two pumps that either fill a water tower or hold a discharge pressure, selected by the Station Mode setting. The lead pump starts when the level or pressure falls below the start setpoint and the lag pump joins it if it keeps falling; both stop on recovery. Includes lead/lag rotation and individual Auto / Hand / Off control for each pump, local and remote.
