You can request deletion of your Whisker.io account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what data is deleted, what may be retained, and the steps to submit your request.
Account deletion can be requested through the Whisker.io Mobile app or by using the form below.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of any screen.
Scroll down in the menu and tap Delete Account.
Optionally provide a reason, then tap Request Deletion. You will receive a confirmation once your request is processed.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion using this form.
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account is permanently deleted:

Certain data is shared across your organization's account and cannot be deleted on an individual basis. This data is retained as long as the organization's account remains active:

Note: If you are the sole administrator of your organization's account and wish to delete all organizational data, please indicate this in your deletion request and our team will coordinate full account removal.
