A sudden temperature increase in a fry freezer triggered an alert that was both automatically sent to the customer and followed up by a Client Success Manager. The device showed a rapid increase in temperature and levelled off at 50 degrees above the normal operating temperature. The manager responded and discovered the device door had been left open and forgotten about.The door was closed, and the device returned to its normal operating range.
