Unusual Walk-In Freezer Operating Pattern

A Nothing Bundt Cakes' bakery walk-in freezer showed an unusual operating pattern that included a steady increase in the average temperature over time. The customer was notified via text alert and was contacted by a D6 Client Success Manager who was following up on the alert. The customer had already been having problems with this freezer. By seeing the data points on a graph, the customer had something to provide to the service vendor that showed the problem and could be used to validate the repair.

That system's a blessing in disguise.
