You Customize Order

Use our intuitive on-line ordering tool to customize your order for multiple locations. Create locations and add sensors to each location, providing a name for each. Cofirm and commit your order.


We Build Custom Self Install Kit

Using the information you provided during the ordering process, we custom build a Self Install Kit for each location. Once the order is ready, it is shipped to the location you specified when you placed the order.


You Install Monitoring Sensors

For each location, open the Self Install Kit box. Each sensor is packed in its own box with a label indicating the refrigerator or freezer it belongs to. Remove the sensor, peel off the adhesive backing, and press onto the wall of the correct refrigerator or freezer. No pairing or sensor configuration is required.


You Install and Setup FoodSafe.io™ App (if required)

Download and install FoodSafe.io™ on any iPad running iOS 11 or later. Follow the simple setup instructions to complete the process.


We Provide Initial Training

As soon as your Self Install Kit ships, a Customer Success Manager will contact you to setup a time for your initial training. If you have multiple location, we can setup group training for all of your people.
