Smart.Soap™ hand wash sensors can be installed in just a few minutes and work with virtually any soap/sanitizer dispenser. Each time an employee uses the soap dispenser, the activity is recorded and stored in our cloud platform where it can be monitored by management using any browser equipped mobile device.

The sensors provide visual feedback to employees to encourage proper hand hygiene behavior. When an employee uses the soap dispenser, the light on the front of the sensor turns blue to indicate that it detected the use. The light then stays blue for 20 seconds, the minimum time for a proper hand wash.

Place Your Order

Purchase a starter kit for each location. Create locations and add sensors to each location, providing a name for each. Cofirm and commit your order.

Create Account at www.whisker.io

Visit www.whisker.io and register for new account. Your login credentials will be emailed to you. We have a complete walk-through here.

We Build Custom Self Install Kit

Using the information you provided during the ordering process, we custom build a Self Install Kit for each location. Once the order is ready, it is shipped to the location you specified when you placed the order.

You Install Monitoring Sensors ( Walk-Through)

Visit www.whisker.io and add a 'Location' for each physical address where sensors are to be installed. For each location, open the Self Install Kit box. Each sensor is packed in its own box with a label indicating the station it belongs to. Using the provided instructions, mount the sensor so that the arrow (on product label) is aligned an employees hands when soap is dispensed. Ensure the sensor is visible to the employee throughout the handwash process. No pairing or sensor configuration is required.

Log-in to your account

Visit www.whisker.io and login using the credentials provided in step 2 and view hand wash activity data using any computer, tablet or mobile device.
