The Whisker.io™ IoT portal provides easy to use tools to navigate, visualize and analyze data from our sensors.
Our drill-down map-based UI allows to you to quickly identify problems at the enterprise level and drill down to see data from a specific device in only 2 clicks, whether you are using 10 devices at 1 location or 10,000 devices at a 1,000 locations. This UI is automatically generated and requires no configuration prior to use.
Quickly build HMI style interfaces to provide your stakeholders with customized user experiences. Start a new HMI by dropping in a background image - floorplans, schematics, or pictures of an asset or system make perfect backdrops. Widgets are then placed on the new HMI by dragging channels from the device tree onto the HMI canvas and configuring the widget type. There are nearly unlimited uses for HMIs. For example, you can create a custom HMI for each floor of a building, overlaying widgets with their actual location on the floor plan. Or, you can upload a picture of a pumping station and overlay widgets over the equipment elements in the picture.
Our dashboarding system is a powerful analytics tool. You can create as many dashboards as you like, grouping graphs, gauges and other widgets from multiple locations to provide an enterprise level overview of all or part of your data.
Automated asset health reports can be delivered to your email each day that provide a health score, key analytics, and suggested maintenance items. These reports allow you to focus preventive maintenance efforts on equipment that specifically needs it. As maintenance suggestions are followed, the equipment health score increases, which also increases the lifespan of the equipment and decreases the maintenance and repair costs, lost inventory and downtime.
Our Smart Alert system uses historical and current data to determine when a true alert condition exists, nearly eliminating false or nuisance alerts. Alerts can be sent by email or SMS text message.
